Mr David Lindh (Chairman) LLB, FAICD, FTIA
Mr Lindh is a consultant lawyer in corporate and commercial matters, with over 30 years experience both as a lawyer and a company director. He is currently chairman of four public companies and various private companies. Mr Lindh is a consultant with the Adelaide law firm, Minter Ellison.
Mr Lindh has been a director of listed public companies over a long period of time, including a number of mining and energy related companies.

Mr Gerard Anderson (Managing Director) MSc
Gerard Anderson is a geologist with over 30 years experience in exploration and mine geology. He has held senior management positions with Worsley Alumina Pty Ltd, Great Central Mines Pty Ltd and Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd. He was General Manager of the Golden Grove Operations for Normandy Mining Ltd and Newmont Australia Ltd from 1999 to 2004 and General Manager Joint Ventures for Newmont until February 2005. Mr Anderson was Managing Director of Croesus Mining Ltd from February to September 2005.
Mr Anderson has an Associateship in Applied Geology from the Western Australian Institute of Technology, a Graduate Diploma in Business and a Masters in Science (Mineral Economics) from Curtin University.

Norton Jackson (Non-Executive Director) AM, FTSE, DUniv
Norton Jackson has diplomas and degrees in mining, metallurgy and applied science. He has both an Order of Australia award and an honorary doctorate for service to the mining industry. He has worked in mining, milling and minerals separation operations and applied research in Australia and internationally.
His experience included 20 years with American Cyanamid, a global chemical company supplying the mining industry. He has served on the Boards of numerous mining companies.

David Klingberg (Non-Executive Director) AM, FTSE, B.Tech (CE)
David Klingberg retired as Managing Director of Kinhill Limited in 1998 after 34 years experience in the management of professional engineering services to the general consulting and resource development industries in Australia and South East Asia.
He has extensive experience in the mining industry including Project Manager of the Windarra Nickel project for Poseidon Ltd and responsible for significant projects for WMC and CRA Limited. He was Director of Bateman Kinhill and responsible for Kinhill activities on the Lihir Gold Project.
Mr Klingberg is Chancellor of the University of South Australia. He is a director of Snowy Hydro Limited, Codan Limited and the Work Cover Corporation of South Australia.
Mr Klingberg was appointed a Member of the Order Of Australia for services to infrastructure and education and was awarded a Centenary Medal for services to the Mining and Education industries.
