A number of significant milestones have been reached for the company's Wilgerup project, which include:

• Granting of mineral lease for Wilgerup (ML 6344)
• Development Application for Pt Lincoln wharf upgrade approved 12th October 2009
• Mine and Rehabilitation Plan ('MARP') lodged 8th October 2009 - awaiting approval

Nevertheless there are still some important considerations and agreements to be reached before the Wilgerup project proceeds to production. The company is working diligently to address the outstanding matters although the timing of any resolution remains unknown at this stage.
