• Granting of Mineral Lease for Wilgerup (ML 6344) and Program for Environmental Protection and Rehabilitation (PEPR)
• Establishment of two joint ventures with WISCO and Baogang in 2010
• Obtaining "major project status" for the development of Port Spencer and the submission of a draft Public Environmental Report (PEPR) to the State Government.
• Expenditure of more than $40 million to date on exploration, project design and environmental studies
